Ski Club Registration

I agree to abide by the club rules and also to absolve the Club, its Officers, Members and Proprietors from liability for any injury or damage to myself or my property from any cause whatsoever, including the negligence of the Proprietors, their servants or agents, whilst engaged in the activities of the club. Parent or guardian has confirmed if under 18yrs of age.
